1. HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSIT(S):

It’s an inconvenient but Pay-pal doesn’t work very well in Vietnam. To pay for your Deposit, we request if you could please make the transfer via Bank transfer or Western Union. If you still have any question please contact us. Thank you for your understanding.Please confirm the money transfer by sending us an email:  sales@dnqtravel.com with the following information:

+ Your name, number of people on the tour;
+ Tour code, day of departure;
+ Transfer code details.

We will confirm your booking right after we get the deposit(s).

* Option 1: Western Union:

Western Union Money Transfer – Money in Minutes Confirmation:
To save bank transfer fee (25$US – 50$US), you can send money through Western Union as they offer competitive commission (2-10%, at least 5$US). You can pay in your local currency and choose $US as the only currency to be paid in Vietnam. The Western Union form asks your deposit to be picked up at their agents or have them call us, please select the first option.Our details in full (you are probably not asked to give all details listed below, just fill in what they ask for):

Once your wire has been completed, you will get a 10-digit MCTN (Money Transfer Control Number), please send this code and we use this number to pick up the funds from a local Western Union shortly. We need to use an identity card to receive the deposit.

It is your responsibility to ask your bank how much they charge to convert into United States Dollars (USD) and/or transfer fee and if they have to go through a third bank (from our experience, 80% of the transfers usually go through a bank in U.S.A. like Bank of New York or Bank of America) before SeaBank. Please only use USD. Some of our customers were double charged without notice! 2. BOOKING:

To book our trip, please select your preferred trip and click on ”Book now” on web page. Our booking form wizard will automatically call the trip name, and ask you to fill out some fields for information. Once completed filling the form, you just click Submit to send us your enquiry or Reset to cancel what you have filled up.
After receiving your reservation request, we will immediately make all the necessary arrangements in accordance with your request. This will takes about 1-2 business days, and we will send to you our confirmation message by e-mail with all the details of tours, the booking status and also payment term.

II. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Here you will find information about the different booking conditions that apply to the holidays and travel arrangements available on our website. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Booking details

You must check your details on your confirmation invoice. Check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately and Make sure that the names given are the same as the person’s passport.
The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. 

The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

2. Payment

In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit 30 % must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and fully balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.

Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card or bank transfer. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to DNQ Travel must be paid by the Clients.

3. Cancellation or Amendments

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent in writing and will not take effect until received

3.1 Tour Cancellations by you

Any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of DNQ Travel.

If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold is a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, carriers). And the following rules apply for cancellations:

Cancellation Policy :

• Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
• Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of total tour cost
• Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost
• 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different basing on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exactly cancellation from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.

3.2. Cancellations not by you

We are always committed to take our best effort to operate all tours as planned in advance. However, due to factors out of our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:

• services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
• any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
• cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.

In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and DNQ travel agree to release each other from any further obligations which would have been enforceable had the tour not been cancelled.

4. Infant and Child Prices

• Children under 2 years old: Free of charge tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 10% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Above 11 years old: Charged as adults

Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at time of booking.

5. Feedback or Complaints

We wish any of your complaints do not bring back home, so that if you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, please let us know as soon as possible to remedy the problem.

6. Liability & Responsibility

All travel arrangements which we provide or which are sold through us are not an offer by us to sell any travel arrangements, but an invitation to you to make an offer to the suppliers of the arrangements. We are free to accept that offer on behalf of those suppliers or to reject it.

DNQ Travel, act solely as a booking agent for the relevant supplier, and as such, have no liability whatsoever to you for any death, personal injury or loss of whatever nature you may suffer unless caused by our own negligence.
