This national park occupies the total 650 sq. meters. The area comprises 47 islands the most important of which is Ko chang. Other islands rich with scenic beauty are Ko Klum, Ko Ngam, Ko Lao Ya, Ko Rung, etc. In Thailand, Ko Chang is the second biggest to Phuket. The island occupies 429 sq. meters. Ko Chang is plenty of high mountains and cliffs. The highest mountain is Salak Petch Peak (744 meters), the second and the third are Chomprasat and Khao Hom respectively. As abundant with virgin forest which has water sources, Ko Chang has many waterfalls. Other places of interests around Ko Chang include Ko Noi.
