After breakfast at hotel, join us on a group tour to Angkor Wat complex – the largest religious monument in the world. The Temple where the Hindu God Vishnu is dedicated was constructed by Suryavarman II who reigned Cambodia from 1113 to 1152. The plan of the pyramidal conception of the temple combined with spaces, alleys and ditches is an ancient masterpiece of architectural design and construction.

The unique Angkor Temples are truly impressive. However, Cambodia has more to offer. It is worth taking a closer look at the other parts of Siem Reap, its surrounding area and its people.
Today, you may enjoy your independent exploration or perhaps join us on an optional tour to Siem Reap vicinity. Following the breakfast, drive straight to Kam Pem. Walk through this lovely village to see rural Khmer life. Experience an ox cart ride before a cruise on Tonle Sap Lake to see floating villages and get a taste of life ruled by monsoonal rains and water-based agriculture.
One of the most productive bodies of fresh water in the world, Tonle Sap was classified as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1997. On the way back to Siem Reap, stop at one of the city’s lively open markets, Psar Chass, called the “Old Market”, where you can see the locals shopping and going about their lives.

After breakfast, take a 5 hour drive from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh- the recent Capital of the kingdom. The journey offers an excellent opportunity to observe rural Cambodia up-close. Stop along the way and visit a market, where every assortment of street food is available, including the Khmer favorite: fried spiders! Of course feel free to try one. Once you arrive in Phnom Penh, check in hotel and free at your leisure.

Day 5: Cambodia Cross-Border Tour to Vietnam from Siemreap to Hanoi, Halong: PHNOM PENH SIGHTSEEING TOURS- OPTIONAL DINNER ON THE MEKONG RIVER (B/-/-)
Phnom Penh was founded in the 14th century and has long been a vital trading hub at the confluence of three rivers: the Mekong, Tonle and Bassac. Start the day learning about the Khmer Rouge and Cambodia’s recent history on a guided tour of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the notorious Choeung Ek “Killing Fields.”
Our cultural tour continues as we visit the National Museum—a journey into ancient Khmer art and civilization and the Royal Palace, home to the royal family and the opulent silver pagoda. Enjoy some free time to rest and freshen up before spending the evening on your own or driving to the dock to catch an evening boat cruise along the Mekong River. Savor a welcome dinner on board as you watch the sunset over the shimmering lights of Phnom Penh.

After breakfast at hotel, take an express bus from Phnom Penh to Saigon. Upon arrival at bus station in Saigon, you’ll be met by our tour guide.

Day 7: Cambodia Cross-Border Tour to Vietnam from Siemreap to Hanoi, Halong: SAIGON CU CHI TOUR (B/L/-)
After breakfast, transfer to Cu Chi Underground Tunnel – where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing a web-like tunnel system of more than 200 km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops. Have lunch at local restaurant and then return to Ho chi Minh.
Then, transfer to visit War Museum – the only museum in Vietnam was recognized by UNESCO as one of the 60 for-peace museums; Notre Dame Cathedral, The Old Post Office and The People’s Committee Hall – which are famous for French Architecture. Later, shopping at Ben Thanh Market – one of the most popular and oldest shopping attractions in Saigon.

Day 8: Cambodia Cross-Border Tour to Vietnam from Siemreap to Hanoi, Halong: SAIGON- CAI BE- VINH LONG –GROUP TOURS (B/L/-)
Today, join us on a group tour to Mekong. Start early by road to Cai Be located 105 km south of Ho Chi Minh City. Now boarding a boat on the Mekong through the floating markets of Cai Be, where you can admire displays of fruits and vegetables. Explore islands, visiting factories where they prepared delicious sweets based small coconut, popcorns, rice cakes and so on. Lunch in a garden of bonsai or in an old house. You will enjoy the famous fish “elephant ear”.
Continuation of visit by a small sampan ride through the shady canals to Vinh Long. You will cross over the parkway many small boats carrying fruits, vegetables, fish. Parkway in orchards, tasting tropical fruits. In late afternoon, transfer by road back to Saigon.

Day 9: Cambodia Cross-Border Tour to Vietnam from Siemreap to Hanoi, Halong: SAIGON – FLIGHT TO HANOI (B/-/-)
After breakfast, take the morning flight into Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The city was founded in 1010 on the right bank of the Red River and was then known as ‘Thang Long’, roughly translated as “Soaring Dragon.” Hanoi is one of the most charming cities in South East Asia with its authentic street scenes, large shady avenues, numerous lakes, manicured gardens and well-preserved architecture.
On arrival, you’ll be picked up and transferred to the city. Check into the hotel and free then.

Day 10: Cambodia Cross-Border Tour to Vietnam from Siemreap to Hanoi, Halong: HANOI- HALONG BAY, OVERNIGHT ON BOAT (B/L/D)
After having breakfast at hotel, you will be picked by our guide & driver at hotel then driven to Halong Bay – 170km from the East of Hanoi. On the way, you will have chances to stop by green paddies to see the Vietnamese farmers working on their fields or you might get by a Humanity Center where we are nursing the disabled Children who are left behind the War & they are victims of Agent Oranges caused by American troops.
At around 12:00, you will reach to Halong Bay recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site since 1994. The islands in Ha Long Bay are mainly limestone and schist islands most lying in the two main areas: the southeastern part of Bai Tu Long Bay and southwestern part of Ha Long Bay. They are the result of many times of rising and lowering processes of the continent to form a karst.
The process of nearly full erosion and weathering of the karst created the unique Ha Long Bay in the world. In 2000, UNESCO recognized it as the World Heritage for the second time for its geographical and geomorphologic values.
On arrival at 12h30, we are welcome on the traditional boat and have welcome drink. Start the boat trip to visit Halong Bay with outstanding natural beauty of many Islands such as Con Cho Island, Dinh Huong Island, Canh Buom Island, Ga Choi Island and have fresh seafood lunch served on board.
In the afternoon, you will have opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful cave in Ha long Bay- Sung Sot Cave or Surprising Cave, then swimming on Titop Island or do kayaking to visit Luon Cave while enjoying sunset. Apart from this, fishing with seine and owing bamboo boat (on request)

In this morning, we will keep on our journey by junk-boat to to explore more islands & natural beauties of Halong Bay.
At around 10:30: you will have a brunch served on cruise before reaching to Halong Harbour at around 12:00. Right here our car will be at disposal to pick you up then drive back to Hanoi with stopover at Dong Trieu Ceramic village.
At around 15:30: You will get to Hanoi & the rest of time you will be free on your own

Day 12: Cambodia Cross-Border Tour to Vietnam from Siemreap to Hanoi, Halong: HANOI WALKING TOUR (B/-/-)
This morning is spent discovering the main attractions of Hanoi. The first stop is Ho Chi Minh Complex containing the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Close to this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. We follow it with a visit to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam.
After lunch, transfer to the Northern Gate of the Ancient Citadel, an intriguing relic of Vietnam’s history and cultural importance. Learn a bit about the history of the imposing structure and the nearby Cua Bac Church, a beautiful example of French and catholic influence in the city. Then, walk on foot to Chau Long market for a closer look at Hanoian culture in the flurry of a local market. After exploring the street stalls here, visit Quan Thanh Temple.
The 11th Century Taoist temple is one of the oldest and most culturally significant in the city, and about a ten minute walk from the market. Then embark on a lengthier stroll toward West Lake, hearing the story of John McCain and this monument along the way. Head off along a quieter back road, and stop next at historic Pho Cuon restaurant by Truc Bach Lake for a quick snack. Do it as the local do! Take your plastic seat and dip Pho Cuon into the tasty Nuoc Mam sauce and enjoy this specialty of Hanoi.
Afterward, set off along Nguyen Truong To Street – famous for its desserts — toward Hang Than Street, the centre of Hanoi’s thriving wedding cake stores. Learn a bit about Vietnam’s unique wedding culture while sampling some wedding cakes.
Shake off your sugar rush on a stroll to nearby Hang Cot Street for a look at Hanoi’s mat weaving borough before stopping off along Hang Ga Street for a local coffee shop. End your walking tour with a traditional Vietnamese coffee and back to your hotel with a leisurely paced cyclo ride to soak up the hustle and bustle of Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
