Day 2: Vietnam Tour to Hanoi, Halong, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, Dalat, Saigon: HANOI CITY TOUR (B/L/-)
Today you’ll be on a full day tour to discover the soul of Hanoi. First, enjoy a tour by cyclo around the old quarter streets, an interesting introduction of the city. Disembark at the Hanoi Flag Tower where you walk up for the city panorama. From here we’ll walk to the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long – Hanoi which was the capital of Dai Viet (former name of Vietnam) under the Ly, Tran, and Le dynasties from the 11th to the 18th centuries. It was also the core of the earlier Dai La Citadel, dating from the period when the region was ruled directly by China (7th to 9th centuries) and the headquarters of the North Vietnamese government and army during the Resistance War against the Americans (also known as the Vietnam War) between 1954 and 1975.
Afterward, visit to Ba Dinh Square where stands the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh who led Vietnam to independence from French colonial rule. This site has become an important city landmark and a perfect place to learn more about Vietnam’s rich history. From there, wander through the beautiful surrounding gardens toward the One Pillar Pagoda and Presidential Palace, where a replica of Ho Chi Minh’s simple working space is on display.
After lunch at Bun Cha OBAMA, visit the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam followed by the water puppet show, a unique traditional art form, and expression of cultural identity. The performance captures Vietnamese traditions; farming, tending buffaloes, and catching fish; entertainment, like swimming contests and lion dancing; and historical legends with traditional music. The one-hour show is a fun and insightful look into Vietnamese culture enjoyed by both adults and children.

Day 3: Vietnam Tour to Hanoi, Halong, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, Dalat, Saigon: HANOI- HALONG, OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D)
After having breakfast at the hotel, we journey northeast to Vietnam’s greatest natural wonder, Halong Bay. On arrival, we’ll board a beautiful traditional junk and spend a full day and night cruising the bay’s 3000 magnificent limestone islets. In the evening when the boat is anchored in the middle of the stunning lagoon, we enjoy a wonderful seafood meal and later there is the opportunity for an evening swim from the side of the boat. Kayaks are also available if specified at the time of booking. Spend the night on our luxurious boat.
Day 4: IMAGE OF VIETNAM: HALONG BAY- HANOI. (B/L/-)
Wake up to fresh coffee before cruising back to the shore. En route the junk weaves through impressive rock formations that invite comparisons from fighting cocks to dragons and even further! After lunch, we disembark and return to Hanoi

Day 5: Vietnam Tour to Hanoi, Halong, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, Dalat, Saigon: HANOI – PHU YEN BY FLIGHT (B/L/D)
After having breakfast, free at leisure until transferring to the airport for the domestic flight to Phu Yen, which encompasses a diverse landscape of mountains, rivers, lagoons and fertile plains with a long shoreline. Lesser known than the beach resort town of Nha Trang, Phu Yen is a place where visitors can still enjoy having a wide patch of golden sand to themselves. Apart from white sand beaches, the place also owns lots of interesting sites that are worth visiting.
On arrival in Tuy Hoa airport, you’ll be met and transferred by our guide to the hotel to check in. Relax then.

Day 6: Vietnam Tour to Hanoi, Halong, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, Dalat, Saigon: PHU YEN SIGHTSEEING TOUR (B/L/-)
This morning is spent hanging around the area. First, we’ll visit the 120-year-old church of Mang Lang which is regarded as one of the oldest churches nationwide. The church preserves the first printed Vietnamese book which is the eight-day teachings of Priest Dac Lo (the local people call him Father Dac Lo) who gave the birth of Vietnamese script.
On the way, we’ll also stop to see the panoramic view of O Loan Lagoon. Next is the visit to the national landscape – Ganh Da Dia which roughly translates as Sea Cliff of Stone Plates, a set of prismatic stones arranged together. The rocks are dark lava columns with roughly flat surfaces of different shapes – round, pentagon, hexagon, polygon… Ganh Da Dia (The Cliff of Stone Plates) looks like a gigantic beehive or pile of dinner plates, hence the name.
After lunch, we’ll drive to Bai Xep – one of the beautiful scenes in the famous film named “Yellow Flowers on the Green Grass”. It’s a great place for photos and then free time to bathe.

Day 7: Vietnam Tour to Hanoi, Halong, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, Dalat, Saigon: PHU YEN – NHA TRANG – DA LAT PACKAGE TOUR (B/L/-)
Early to rise today as we’ll have a long journey which is full of activities. After breakfast, drive over 100 km on the smooth road to Nha Trang. On arrival there, visit the must-see Pok’long Garai Cham Towers, which date from the end of the 13th century. Built from bricks as Hindu temples, they stand on a platform at the top of Cho’k Hala, an exposed granite hill.
Afternoon, drive further to Da Lat, nicknamed the “City of Eternal Spring,” admiring the rice paddies, vegetable patches, tea plantations & pine forests and gently sloping hills that you’ll pass along the way. Prized by the Vietnamese for its mild climate, Dalat, nestled in the mountains, was the site of the summer residence of Vietnam’s last emperor, Bao Dai.
Arriving in Da Lat, check in the hotel and spend the rest of time at leisure.

Day 8: Vietnam Tour to Hanoi, Halong, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, Dalat, Saigon: DA LAT SIGHTSEEING CITY TOUR (B/L/-)
Morning: Breakfast at hotel. 8:00 am pick up for a visit to Datanla and Prenn waterfalls, two of the many famous waterfalls in Dalat. Then visit Truc Lam Buddhist Meditation Monastery and the Robin hill by cable car (expenses excluded). Visit the Palace of Bao Dai (the last king of Vietnam,) then back to the hotel for lunch.
Afternoon: This afternoon you may choose just to enjoy your time at leisure or join us for an optional tour that focuses on Dalat’s agricultural production. We’ll stop at the local market and then a Green House Farm where you’ll learn about how the flowers and vegetables are grown. Next, transfer to Trai Ham Da Lat, a coffee farm where the special local weasel coffee produces. Coffee was introduced in Vietnam after the French invasion at the 1800s and nowadays it becomes popular nationwide. However, weasel coffee is special and it’s not affordable for everyone. Don’t miss the chance to try its special taste when you are in Da Lat.

Day 9: Vietnam Tour to Hanoi, Halong, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, Dalat, Saigon: DA LAT – SAIGON BY FLIGHT – SAIGON CITY TOUR (B/L/-)
Wake up early today to catch up the domestic flight to HCM City, formerly named as Saigon and nowadays becomes Vietnam’s financial hub. The city is not only known as the most important economic center in Vietnam but also has some very imposing colonial architecture which belies in fascinating past. On the arrival, transfer to explore this frenetic city. First, tour in Saigon’s China Town, then learn about traditional Vietnamese medicine at the FITO Museum and browse through the amazing array of goods at Ben Thanh Market.
Stop for lunch then continue on the city tour with a visit to the War Remnants Museum and former Presidential Palace. Finally, stop at the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post Office to admire the city’s French colonial architecture before finding the way back to the hotel to conclude the day.

Day 10: Vietnam Tour to Hanoi, Halong, Phu Yen, Nha Trang, Dalat, Saigon: MEKONG A DAY DISCOVERY TOUR (B/L/-)
Today, leave Ho Chi Minh City for the Mekong Delta town of Cai Be, where you will board the Cai Be Princess boat for a tour of the Delta. Proceed to visit some local cottage industries before continuing to Dong Phu, Binh Hoa Phuong, and Anh Binh; these evergreen islands on the Mekong River combine large networks of meandering rivers, crossed with countless arroyos.
Lunch will await you at a superb colonial style villa located in a quaint village before boarding the boat once again for a tour of the landscapes along the river. After crossing the Co Chien, the boat will dock and from where you will head back to Ho Chi Minh City by road.

After breakfast, you will have free time until transferring to the airport for the departure flight home.
