Our guide and driver pick you up at the hotel for a transfer to Ninh Binh. Different from the other tour operators who normally take their travelers to Tam Coc or Hoa Lu which are so touristy, we design your trip to the lesser known sites.
When reaching Ninh Binh, pay a visit to Vuon Thi Village where you will take a scenic bicycle ride around paddy fields, pagodas, small villages and markets. This tour offers you a chance to interact with local people by taking part in their daily activities. Discover the lifestyle, hospitality and friendliness of the local people when you prepare your lunch with a local family. Later, work alongside with the farmers in the field and learn how water rice is cultivated.
Afterward, be mesmerized by the soaring limestone cliffs while cruising on the Van Long Reservoir, another less travelled site. Finally, continue to Ninh Binh for the night. Overnight in Ninh Binh.

Take a morning drive to the boat landing for an unforgettable sampan ride through the But cave complex (2.5-hr cruise). Explore dry caves as well as the water caves. End the trip at Thung Nham dock. You will soak up the picturesque scenes of rice fields and the pastoral atmosphere through a visit to a small village known as the birthplace of water puppetry in the Red River Delta. Delight in watching a unique outdoor water puppet performance. The local artisans will then offer you a wooden puppet as a souvenir. Proceed to Hai Phong. Time to stroll around in Hai Phong

Take a delightful morning cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay before returning to the dock. Disembarkation at noon to drive back to Hanoi with a stop en route at a ceramic factory.
