This festival is a special even in Gia Cat Commune, Cao Loc District . The festival is organized for the fairies who have merit of helping farmers in fieldwork in 15th day of the first lunar month. The worship to Buddha, pray for good fortune, festival of enjoy the spring: young people go to the hill and sing giao duyen with the style of sli, luon.
